At Markato Online, we make sure our sellers receive their earnings securely and efficiently. Here’s how the process works:

Earnings calculation:

Seller earnings are calculated automatically after each order is completed, deducting the applicable commissions and fees.
Only completed orders are considered for payment.

Withdrawal eligibility:

Sellers can request to withdraw their earnings 48 hours (2 days) after the order has been marked as completed.
This ensures that all transactions are verified and accurate before funds are released.

Earnings overview:

Sellers can view pending, available, and withdrawn amounts in their account dashboard.
Each order is displayed with a detailed breakdown of earnings, including commissions and any deductions.

Payment methods:

Sellers can link their preferred bank account or payment method to receive funds safely.

Resolving payment issues:

If a seller notices any discrepancy in their earnings, they should contact our Support Team immediately.
We investigate and resolve payment issues promptly to maintain transparency and trust.
