- Products imported via dropshipping or external suppliers are considered special orders and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from the description.
- Imported products that are available locally through sellers are treated as local products and follow the Return & Exchange Policy.
- Sellers are fully responsible for the accuracy of information and the quality of their products.
- Markato Online reserves the right to remove or ban any product that violates these policies.
